MO Valuations.
We are a fully independent practice of highly experienced Chartered Surveyors who specialise in the valuation of residential and commercial property, including development and operational entities, for loan security purposes.
In addition, our service includes valuations for financial reporting and accounting purposes, tax, pension funds and other objectives.
All our Valuers are members of the RICS as well as being Registered Valuers - the RICS proven competency scheme.
